Return Policy

If you need to make a return, please send back any unused items with tags attached (unless defective) within 45 days of delivery. Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. We'll keep you informed with status emails the whole way.

Do I get a refund of the delivery fee?

If you are returning an item because it is defective, you will get a refund of the original Shipping Fee (if any) provided there are no other non-defective items included in the delivery.

You will not get a refund of the original Shipping Fee if there are other non-defective items included in the delivery. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, we do not refund the original Shipping Fee.

Received the Wrong Item(s)

Occasionally we get our wires crossed and something doesn't match what you ordered. You can use our returns portal to send it back and receive a refund. If you want to replace that item, you would need to place another order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless your item(s) were damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Refunds for used products will only be issued if defective.
