How does stock sell out when it is available at the time of purchase?

Our system automatically updates to remove products from our online store when stock is low. On occasion, we may receive multiple orders just before this happens. As a result, when we pick your order, we discover this stock is no longer in our warehouse. On this occurrence the order will be refunded back to your method of payment used, for the items unavailable.

How long does shipping take?

We use courier services to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery can take up to 7 business days.

I’ve made an error with my billing address. What does this mean?

Not to worry, as long as your delivery address details are correct your billing address won't be affected.

How much does shipping cost?

For members, standard shipping is always FREE. For non-members we also offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 or for $6.99 on orders under $100. 2nd day shipping is $19.99 and next business day shipping is $29.99.

I’m missing part of my order, where is it?

Your order may have been split and sent in more than one parcel. Please see you shipment email for more information or reach out to customer service here.

My order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it!

Our Customer Service team will need lodge an enquiry to find out the whereabouts of your parcel. Contact the team here. Please allow up to five business days from when we lodge the enquiry for the postal carrier to respond to us.

My order is showing as complete, but I haven’t received it. Where is it?

A 'complete' order means it's been sent from our end, not necessarily that it's been received on your end. For up-to-the-minute information on the whereabouts of your order, please check the tracking information emailed to you.

Can I change my order for size/colour/style once the order is submitted?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend size/colour/style details once the order has been placed. We are only able to see if we can cancel the full order if it has not filtered too far.
