I have received a defective item, what can I do?

We take great care to ensure our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a defect you can return your item for a refund or replacement via our online returns system by processing it as a defective return. In instances where your order was delivered more than 45 days ago, please contact our Customer Service team here. Bonds will ensure all costs associated with returned defective goods, including delivery, is at no expense to you, including international orders.

You can return any product at any time if it is defective, provided you have proof of purchase.
